Auxx.ai is an open-source AI customer support platform built around an AI agent called Kopilot. It connects customer conversations with CRM records, Shopify orders, knowledge bases, and business procedures so agents can draft replies and take approved actions. Its AI can search tickets, customer records, uploaded documents, and knowledge sources to create grounded responses with citations. Businesses can define procedures in plain language for workflows such as refunds, ticket triage, order-status requests, and follow-ups. Auxx.ai supports Gmail, Outlook, Shopify, REST APIs, and other integrations, while its permission system controls which records and tools each user or agent can access. The platform can be hosted by Auxx or self-hosted because its source code is available under AGPL-3.0.
