Frontman

Frontman is an open-source AI coding agent designed to edit existing web applications through the browser rather than generating a separate project from scratch. Developers can click an element in their running application, describe the desired change in plain English, and let Frontman trace that element to the relevant source code. It can work with the live DOM, component tree, styles, routes, and development context before applying code changes and showing the result through hot reload. Frontman integrates with frameworks including Next.js, Astro, and Vite and is designed for visual frontend iteration.
